After years of working in Human Resources across sectors such as healthcare, legal services, retail, hospitality, technology, and professional services, I consistently encountered a common challenge: business owners and managers want to do the right thing, but navigating HR can often seem complicated, time-consuming, and overwhelming. My experience includes senior HR leadership, employee relations, compliance, policy development, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, leadership support, and providing HR strategy consulting that helps managers through challenging workplace situations. As a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, I’ve developed a leadership style that emphasizes communication, accountability, and problem-solving.
