After years of working in Human Resources across healthcare, legal services, retail, hospitality, technology, and professional services, I saw the same challenge again and again: business owners and managers want to do the right thing, but HR can feel complicated, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate.
My background includes senior HR leadership, employee relations, compliance, policy development, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, leadership support, and guiding managers through difficult workplace situations. I have worked with large organizations, growing businesses, and fast-moving teams that needed practical answers, clear direction, and HR support that actually fit the business.
I am also a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, which has shaped my approach to leadership, communication, accountability, and problem-solving. I bring that same steady, practical approach to the businesses I support.
